One aspect of concrete works which we have recently starting using is Chemfloor Self-levelling floor screed, which is a great product for new builds & extensions which have underfloor heating.

Chemfloor has many advantages over traditional screeds such as easy installation, reducing both cost and time, reduced drying times, the ability to do large areas without joints and can is also foot-traffic dry after 24-48 hours.
